Fall 2017 NewsletterThe BLA tried something new this year with a night time Boat Parade of Lights. Approx. 20 Boats participated and it was a huge success, with the boats spreading out over much of the lake. Kevin Bevis and Sue Lebel, and their family, provided a real treat with this beauty.
The BLA submitted the final report on the state-issued grant that was awarded to perform runoff remediation work. Two major sites; at Broad Street/Lake Front Street in Amherst and Scenic Vista Way in Merrimack, were completed in 2017. Over 1,000 volunteer hours have been contributed to these projects.
